Melbourne recording artist, Victor Stranges, will be resident musician at Cafe Cibo Bar for the next four weeks on Friday nights. Come and be dazzled by his ability to perform the hits and obscurities locked inside the recesses of your mind. It will cause a singing sensation - most likely involuntary.
